Logical Planning Solutions was started in 2004 by Damian Mochan to help employers with employee benefit insurance and investment services. After the implementation of the PPACA, our team has focused exclusively on employee benefits and compliance services for companies.

In 2015,1 Benefit Solutions was created to provide the same services as Logical Planning Solutions while allowing us to partner with other professional organizations such as P&C insurance agencies and financial institutions.

Today, Logical Planning Solutions acts as a back office to help our licensed partners provide employee benefit solutions through 1 Benefit Solutions.
